Only tee times that match their profile are included in their email. If no times match, no email is sent to that customer.

  There is virtually no other method available that enables you to simultaneously send personalized offers to thousands of your customers in near real-time and at almost no cost. And when a golfer receives a Golf Channel Solutions powered offer, they can immediately respond and book online.

• How does Golf Channel Solutions match tee times with golfers?

  When golfers sign up or book a tee time we gather detailed information about their desired savings, number of playing partners and the days and times of the week they are available to tee-off. We use this information to determine which tee times the customer is most interested in receiving.

• Can golfers subscribe to other types of emails?

  When golfers sign up, they are specifically asked if they would like to receive other types of email communications. They have the option to subscribe to tee time emails and/or other offers. They can change their selections at anytime and easily unsubscribe from all mailings if they choose.

• How are emails created and sent?

  Golf Channel Solutions has developed a web-based application for creating and sending your emails. You can choose from many different layout options when designing an email along with custom headers and images. To send, you simply select the tee times (if applicable) and the customer groups and click send. The Golf Channel Solutions software takes it from there.

• How will I know if my emails are effective?

  Once you send an email using the Golf Channel Solutions system, you can access an online report that indicates how successful the mailing was. It includes information such as the number of emails sent, the number received, the number of delivery failures and why they failed, the number of click-throughs, bookings and more.
