How does Golf Channel Solutions CRM work?
Together we decide what information is important for you to know about your customers. In the software, we define customer groups based on this information. You can change existing groups and add new ones at any time. The software automatically updates and maintains your customer groups on a nightly basis. Some groups may include customers that:
» Played before, but not within 30 days
» Signed up, but have not yet booked
» Live within 10 miles of the course
» Live outside 10 miles, but in the state
» Live outside the state
» Reside in zip code 12345
» Have a birthday in the current month
» Prefer Nike golf balls
» Predominantly book as singles
» Predominantly book 4-somes» Predominantly book full-rate times
» Predominantly book course specials
» Have ‘@business.com’ in their email

How are customer groups used to increase sales?
Once we define your customer groups, specific offers can be sent to those customers using our email marketing tool. You can send a special offer to golfers that have not played recently, send a last minute special to golfers that live nearby, inform a new golfer about all the great features of your course, thank a golfer for playing last week and ask them for feedback, send a happy birthday message, offer a group discount to employees of a nearby business, email stay and play offers to customers outside the state or anything else you come up with. -

Golf Channel Solutions also has powerful incentives and rewards features. We can work with you to establish unique offers that motivate and reward golfers. For example, after golfers sign up online for your email club, we can display an incentive like: “Receive a free sleeve of golf balls if you book online in the next 7 days.” Our system will track the responses, expiration periods and provide fulfillment reports. There are many more options available to drive customers to sign up, make their first booking and become loyal golfers.
